Placing the Order
If you place an order with maisoncharlot.com, you will receive a confirmation email that Maison Charlot has received your order. This is a confirmation email that the system has received your order and the payment was completed. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 60 minutes (possibly due to the wrong email address), please contact us via the contact form, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and will be happy to fix this issue.
Make sure, when registering your personal data while confirming the order that the form contains accurate mandatory data. In the event of an error in the recipient's contact details, Maison Charlot cannot be held responsible for the possible non-delivery of the product.
Preparation and Dispatching
The preparation of orders and dispatching can take 2-5 business days. Your poster will be sent in a protective tube, carefully slipped into kraft paper. Orders are shipped by La Poste, Colissimo service. You will be notified when the poster is dispatched and receive a tracking code.
Monitor your package and ensure someone is able to retrieve the poster upon arrival or you can pick it up at a service point.

Europe: 5-8 business days
Rest of the world: 7-28 business days
I haven't received my order
If you haven't received your art print within 14 business days after you placed the order, contact your nearest local post to see if there is any delivery waiting on your name.
If the art print is still missing, contact us through the contact form or mail email@example.com so we can reship your order or refund you.
I want to change the address
In case you added a wrong address or wish to change it, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order is not shipped yet, we can cancel your order, and you have to place a new one with the new address. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as it is one of our top priorities to get the product delivered as soon as possible. If the package left the production facility at the wrong address, we could not offer a refund.
I want to cancel the order
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our printing studio, please contact us as soon as possible through the contact form or send us an email at email@example.com. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as it is one of our top priorities to get the product delivered as soon as possible. If the package left the production facility, we could not offer a refund.
