All art posters and art prints on the site www.maisoncharlot.com are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property. Total or partial reproduction of the Maison Charlot catalogue is strictly prohibited. Failing to comply with this prohibition constitutes an offence of forgery liable to criminal and civil proceedings.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our  Privacy Policy. 

PAYMENT

Payments are possible through PAYPAL and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express that are processed through Stripe. The payment is secure and your bank details are transferred securely (SSL protocol).

PRICES

Prices are expressed in euros and include the cost of products, handling and packaging but exclude shipping costs. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. In the event of a request for delivery abroad, customs duties, local taxes, import duties or State taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Maison Charlot and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

GIFT CARD

  • The amount purchased on the gift card is deducted from a purchase made on maisoncharlot.com.
  • If the amount in the basket is greater than the amount on the gift card, the difference is paid by the person making the purchase and is to be paid directly on the site, via the available payment options.
  • The gift cards are sent by email and can be customized by the buyer. 
  • An expiry date will be indicated on the card. This will be one year after the purchase of the gift card on the Maison Charlot's webshop.
