Refund policy

At Maison Charlot, You have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the art print must be in the same condition that you received it. The art print needs to be returned in the original protective tube that was used in the shipment.

To request a return, contact us through the contact form or by mail at info@maisoncharlot.com. The art prints that are sent back to us, without prior notification will not be accepted.

If you request a refund, it will be finalized and money will be transferred right after we receive the art print back, inspect it and approve it. Bear in mind that it might take some time for the banks to process the transaction.

What will be refunded is the price of the art print and the initial shipping cost. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Refunds will be done through the same payment method that was used for buying the art print.

If you receive the wrong art print please take a photo and inform us right away and we will send you a new artwork, at no extra cost.

If the product gets damaged during transport, you have the right for receiving a new one at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns on gift cards. The gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
