Refund policy

At Maison Charlot, you have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order. Weekends and public holidays are included in this period.

Conditions for return To be eligible for a return, the art print must be in the same condition that you received it. It needs to be returned in the original protective tube used in the shipment.

Art prints sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed promptly. Refunds cover the price of the art print and the original shipping cost, and will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow some time for your bank to process the transaction.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipment.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you receive the wrong art print or it is damaged during transport, please photograph it and contact us immediately — we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
