Why We Chose Limited Editions

At Maison Charlot, we believe images deserve time. Time to be made carefully, time to find their place, and time to be lived with. Choosing limited editions was a natural extension of that belief.

Our prints are produced on thick, museum-quality paper, with deep, carefully balanced colors. This level of quality takes time and precision, and it comes at a real cost. It simply isn’t designed for endless production. Limiting each edition allows us to stay true to the materials we use and the standards we set for every piece.

This choice isn’t about rarity for its own sake. It’s about respect. Respect for the artwork, for the people who choose to bring it into their homes, and for the idea that art should feel considered, calm, and lasting.

For us, limited editions are the only way this work makes sense.
